Yorkshire Formwork Ltd was founded in Scarborough in 2022 by Stephen Scales, who combined his 38 years’ experience with exceptional tradesmen on Yorkshire construction sites to create a specialist formwork subcontractor that put quality and safety first.
What started as a 0ne man operation working in the Water sector the company has grown into one of the North of England's most respected formwork contractors. Today Yorkshire formwork employs skilled operatives and operates on contracts from the Humber to the Tees, and across to the Lancashire and Derbyshire border.
Our reputation is built on delivering technically complex formwork on programme, within budget, and to the highest concrete finish standards. We don't cut corners — it's simply not the Yorkshire way.
